If you're a fan of banana bread and chocolate, then these Chocolate Chip Banana Cupcakes are the perfect treat for you. They're easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

To make these cupcakes, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
