  • 12 lasagna noodles

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent. Add the mushrooms, zucchini, and yellow squash and cook until the vegetables are tender. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
