Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
To start, preheat your oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned. Be sure to stir them once or twice during cooking to ensure even browning.
When the Brussels sprouts are done, transfer them to a serving dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
