  • 8 oz. pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
To start, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
