Delicious Shrimp and Scallop Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of spaghetti
  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb of scallops
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add the shrimp and scallops to the pan and cook until they are just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Remove the shrimp and scallops from the pan and set aside.

5. Deglaze the pan with white wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

6. Add the butter to the pan and stir until melted.

7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss with the sauce until well coated.

8. Add the shrimp and scallops back to the pan and toss again.

9. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
