Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw
To start, preheat your oven to 325°F. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder, making sure to cover all sides.
Place the pork shoulder in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until the pork is tender and falls apart easily with a fork. Once the pork is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Using two forks, shred the pork into small pieces. In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and shredded pork until well combined.
