Ingredients:
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced beef and mix well to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat a skillet over high heat.
