Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh crab meat

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, chives, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Using your hands, form the mixture into six crab cakes of equal size.

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for Remoulade Sauce

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, parsley, chives, tarragon, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
