  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
