  • 1 package pre-made pie crusts
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Roll out the pre-made pie crusts on a floured surface and use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut circles that will fit into your muffin tin.
  3. Place the circles into a greased muffin tin, pressing the dough down to fit the tin.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  5. Add in the shredded cheese, diced ham, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tins, filling them about 3/4 of the way full.
  7. Bake the mini quiches for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and set in the middle.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Use a knife to loosen the edges, and then pop the quiches out of the muffin tin.
