Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the red bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the same skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
