Ingredients:
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crab meat, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Take a wonton wrapper and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center. Brush the edges of the wrapper with melted butter and gently fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges of the wrapper together to seal the filling inside.
Place the filled wontons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the wontons with more melted butter.
Bake the crab rangoon for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
