Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass to press the mixture down evenly.
