Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of pasta (your choice, but we recommend fettuccine or linguine)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the pasta and cook until it is al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
