Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
To start, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. In another dish, beat the eggs. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third dish.
Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then coat it in panko breadcrumbs. Repeat until all of the chicken strips are coated.
Heat up enough vegetable oil in a large skillet to reach a depth of about 1 inch.
