Indulge in Delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberries with Nuts and Raspberry & Caramel Drizzles

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or hazelnuts)
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry before proceeding.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate, covering them completely. Place them on a sheet of wax paper.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the chocolate covered strawberries while the chocolate is still melted.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the raspberry jam until it is smooth. Drizzle it over the chocolate covered strawberries using a spoon.
  6. Repeat the previous step with the caramel sauce, drizzling it over the strawberries as well.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set by placing the strawberries in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
