Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or hazelnuts)
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Rinse the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry before proceeding.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate, covering them completely. Place them on a sheet of wax paper.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the chocolate covered strawberries while the chocolate is still melted.
- In a separate bowl, mix the raspberry jam until it is smooth. Drizzle it over the chocolate covered strawberries using a spoon.
- Repeat the previous step with the caramel sauce, drizzling it over the strawberries as well.
- Allow the chocolate to set by placing the strawberries in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
