Ingredients:

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and drained tuna. Add in the peas and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.Add the cooked egg noodles to the tuna mixture and mix until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole. In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and melted butter.
