- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Start by grilling the chicken breasts. Brush them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Next, prepare the lettuce by washing and chopping it into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.
Add the sliced chicken, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing to the bowl. Toss everything together until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
