Ingredients:

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked and crumbled bacon to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each jalapeño popper.
