Baked Zucchini Fries Recipe - Crispy and Delicious!

Instructions:

  2. Cut the zucchinis into thin sticks, about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third shallow dish, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Dip each zucchini stick into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the zucchini to coat well.
  7. Place the coated zucchini sticks onto the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
