  • 8 oz. flat rice noodles
  • 1 lb. flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
