Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Begin by cooking the linguine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. While the pasta cooks, melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Then, add the crab meat to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove the shrimp and crab mixture from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

Next, pour the white wine into the skillet and cook for about a minute until it reduces by half. Then, add the chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Add the shrimp and crab mixture back to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the cooked linguine pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp and crab mixture. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated with the sauce.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious shrimp and crab linguine!
