Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb. clams, cleaned and scrubbed
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 can corn, drained
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Start by cooking the bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pot.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
