Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried lentils, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 6 cups vegetable broth

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
