Delicious Deviled Eggs with Bacon and Chives Recipe

If you're looking for an appetizer that is both easy to make and a crowd-pleaser, you can't go wrong with deviled eggs. This recipe takes it up a notch by adding crispy bacon and fresh chives to the mix. It's the perfect combination of flavors and textures that will have your guests coming back for more.

Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To begin, place the eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.

Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl. Add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks and mix until well combined.
