 Ingredients:
 -   1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets 
  -   1 onion, chopped 
  -   4 garlic cloves, minced 
  -   4 cups chicken or vegetable broth 
  -   1 cup heavy cream 
  -   1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 
  -   2 tablespoons olive oil 
  -   1 teaspoon salt 
  -   1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
 
To start, preheat your oven to 400°F. Spread the cauliflower florets and chopped onion on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and lightly browned.
