Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of crusty bread- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped- 1 cup of frozen spinach, thawed and drained- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise- 1/4 cup of sour cream- 2 cloves of garlic, minced- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).2. Cut the top off of the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, leaving about 1/2 inch of bread on all sides.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Replace the top of the bread and wrap the entire loaf in aluminum foil.
5. Remove the foil and slice the bread into thick pieces.
