  • 1 lb. of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp. of chili powder
  • 1 tsp. of paprika
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. of cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 8-10 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  2. Season the shrimp with the spice mixture, making sure they're evenly coated.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
