Ingredients:
- 8 oz of pasta
- 1 lb of chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
First, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. While the pasta is cooking, heat up the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Next, add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Add the lemon juice and stir everything together.
Finally, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
