 Ingredients:
 -   1 cup of rice 
-   2 cups of water 
-   1 tablespoon of grated ginger 
-   1 tablespoon of orange zest 
-   1 tablespoon of orange juice

-   Salt and pepper to taste 
 Instructions:
 -   Rinse rice thoroughly and drain the water.
