Delicious Roast Beef with Gravy Recipe

Roast beef is a classic dish that is perfect for any occasion. This recipe is easy to make and will leave your taste buds wanting more. The beef is cooked to perfection and is served with a rich, flavorful gravy.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb beef roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
