- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then prick them all over with a fork.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 45-50 minutes, or until they are soft and tender.
